Welcome to KosenEffect Studios. By submitting your content (voice notes, video clips, or links), you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Originality

You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the intellectual property in the content submitted. You confirm that the recordings are your original work and do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or rights of any third party.

2. Grant of License

By submitting your content, you grant KosenEffect Studios a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, and create derivative works of your content on our digital platforms (including website, social media, and YouTube).

3. Attribution (Credits)

KosenEffect Studios agrees to provide due credit to the creator whenever their original content is featured on our official digital platforms. Credit will typically be given in the form of your name or social media handle as provided in your submission form.

4. No Guarantee of Selection

Submission of content does not guarantee an audition, a recording contract, or any form of professional engagement with KosenEffect Studios. Selection is at the sole discretion of the studio’s creative team.

5. Limitation of Liability

KosenEffect Studios shall not be held liable for any unauthorized third-party use of your content once it has been posted on public digital platforms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
